Your fear feeds the system: The State is a spook, not a law of nature

External stuff you don’t have under the control

Why do you feel fear about the new democratic “laws”? Why do you feel emotions about them? The answer is very simple! It’s because you still believe the State is a physical law of nature, like gravity. But gravity doesn’t need your belief to work, while the State needs your respect and fear to exist. The State doesn’t exist in a physical form, the State as an objective entity doesn’t exist. It lives in the same way religions, ideologies, and national beliefs do - only in the heads of humans.

When you lose your life energy (time, attention, emotions) on things you don’t have under your control (like the State’s beliefs in other people’s heads) - your energy is spent into the void. It doesn’t make any sense. The only thing it does to you is feed your fear, your beliefs, your spooks, imaginary constructs that also live in your head. So why cry or yell when you cannot change the system? Just let it go, with peace, with love. Ignore the noise the NPCs are yelling. Focus on yourself and how you can keep going straight, ignoring the storm.

The Illusion of “Losing Freedom”

When a “law” is passed - it doesn’t build a wall that you can’t pass. No, you can still pass it, because the “law” is not actually a law. It’s just like nature - it increases the predator count in your area. Nothing ever really happens to you if you are aware and know what you are doing. If you are simply not obedient enough and have the balls to continue living your life how you want, to do what you want, nothing ever changes for you. But as I said, be aware. Upgrade your OpSec, bypass the hard rocks (regulations and state predators), and flow in nature like a leaf on a river. You shouldn’t comply with “laws” you didn’t choose.

Right now in the EU there is the “Chat Control drama.” After this drama, there will be a new drama. The system will keep eroding, again and again. It never stops, and there is no system that will not erode - expecting otherwise is a flying-unicorn utopia you believe in. It’s simple: while you respect the system, while you fear the system, you will be controlled. You will never live your own life, you will live other people’s lives. Your life is totally robbed with your own semi-voluntary agreement, really.

Bypass the system!

Take “Chat Control” for example. If you don’t want to be controlled by other entities, you should have and use sovereign technologies. Use Nostr, own your personal webpage, use SimpleX, XMPP, Monero, Tor, I2P, NymVPN, and others. Choose sovereignty over the cage.

In a few small steps, I will describe what people commonly misunderstand:

1. Don’t use closed-source systems - Bcs otherwise, you don’t have true power over your piece of HW. For example, if you use Apple products, you will always only use the software allowed to you by the Apple corporation. And the Apple corp complies with the regulators and bureaucrats you live under. So, if you are an Apple user, you are at the mercy of Apple regarding what you have the right to access, and your access rights can easily be taken away by this external entity. Just keep stuff under your own control, like FOSS alternatives. I use GrapheneOS on my phone and have never regretted it. Here, for example, I can download whatever I want and nobody can stop me, because I can download any .apk file and easily install it without needing access to some central point, or asking somebody (external entity).

2. Decentralized protocols over centralized platforms - Centralized platform owners can manage what content is shown/hidden or banned, where, and why. And again… you are praying to an external player to use their platform to do the stuff you want to do. You are playing in the sandbox of someone else’s garden. People are yelling that we are losing freedom on the internet, that corporations have algos and ban actors they don’t want to see on their platforms. People are so used to this comfort in the cage that now they are yelling about losing freedom, censorship, bans, and government compliance of platform owners. No, we don’t lose the freedom of the internet - you just keep picking the cage over sovereignty. Leave the platforms, build your own personal website (like I did), and discover a new era of freedom. You will have unlimited power over what, where, and how you want to share with other people. Or use the Nostr protocol - a decentralized platform where nobody can actually ban you and you always hold your data and your content in your own hands.

3. “The State law” is not a law of nature - The law shrinks your freedom? Try to figure out how to bypass it, because the paths always exist. If the risks are too high for you, think about moving to another country to minimize those risks. For example: if they passed a law that using independent decentralized platforms like Nostr, or SimpleX will be banned, and if you break the law you can be killed or hanged by the system - I myself would rather choose to relocate to another country to minimize the risk than continue to live in this dangerous, barbaric shithole.

Conclusion

You can’t change the system. You didn’t pass the rules with which you must comply. “The State laws” are not laws of nature. Keep moving and drop the spooks from your head. I pray for you, dear reader. Live your life, be sovereign, don’t comply, and feel the freedom without spooks in your head.
